2014年南充市顺庆区艾滋病检测点质量考评结果分析

Quality Assessment of the AIDS Testing Point in Nanchong,2014

目的掌握顺庆区艾滋病检测点的检测质量,促进检测点的规范化建设和管理,进一步提高检测能力和水平。方法采取HIV抗体盲样考核、现场督导、网络信息系统填报相结合的方法,对全区艾滋病检测点进行室间质量考评,并对考评结果进行统计分析。结果参评的15家艾滋病检测点中,优秀7家,良好6家,合格2家;公立医院,乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心,民营医院优秀率分别为60%、25%、50%。结论顺庆区艾滋病检测点总体检测质量较好,能够胜任HIV抗体快速检测工作,但仍需进一步完善规范化建设和管理。

Objective To master the quality of the AIDS testing points in Shunqing district of Nanchong city,promote the standardization construction and management of the testing points and to improve the test ability and level. Methods HIV antibody blind sample assessment,field supervisor and network information system were all adopted for the quality assessment of all the HIV testing points. The results were statistically analyzed. Results Of the 15 test points,7 were excellent,6 were well,2 were qualified. The excellent rate of the public hospital,township hospital,community health center and private hospital was respectively 60%,25%and 50%. Conclusion The overall quality of HIV testing points is well and is qualified for rapid HIV detection,yet the standardization construction and management needs to be improved.
