煤矿职工高血压发病原因分析及护理干预

Analysis on the Causes of Hypertension and Nursing Intervention in the Coal Workers

目的了解煤矿职工高血压的患病情况及原因,从而提出相应的护理干预措施。方法通过对21家煤矿5 084名在职职工的职业健康体检资料进行汇总分析,按《中国高血压防治指南》规定的标准,判定职工高血压的患病情况,并分析其发病原因,有针对性的提出护理干预措施。结果 5 084名煤矿在岗职工检出高血压患者1 448例,患病率为28.48%,高于贵州省18岁以上人群高血压患病率(27.30%)。结论煤矿职工高血压发病情况与工作环境及饮食生活方式密切相关,井下的密闭式工作环境、职业紧张、噪声危害、不良的生活方式和行为习惯均可加大患高血压的可能性。

Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension and the causes in the coal workers and thereby to put forward according nursing intervention measures. Methods By summarizing the occupational health examination of 5084 coal workers in 21 coal mines. According to The Chinese Hypertension Prevention Guidance,the prevalence of hypertension was determined and causes were analyzed. By which,targeted nursing intervention was raised. Results Of the 5084 coal workers,1448 were hypertension,with a prevalence of28. 48%,higher than that of the level of adults in Guizhou province( 27. 30%). Conclusion The occurrence of hypertension is associated with the working environment and dietary- life mode. Closed working environment,occupational tension,noise hazard,unhealthy life mode could aggravate the possibility of hypertension.
