摘要
目的为了解布鲁氏病(以下简称布病)的临床特征和治疗方法,为有效治疗布病提供帮助。方法对务川自治县人民医院2013年治疗的2例布病患者的治疗情况进行总结、分析。结果通过对症、支持、抗生素治疗。2例患者劳动能力恢复,均痊愈。结论采用环丙沙星联合利福平及多西环素治疗布病取得满意效果。
Objective To understand the clinical characteristics and treatment of two patients with brucellosis for effective treating on this disease. Methods The treatment experiences in two patients of brucellosis in Wuchuan county hospital in 2013 were summarized and analyzed. Results With symptomatic treatment, supporting thera- py and antibiotic treatment, the two cases were treated and recovered. Conclusion For patients with brucellosis Satisfactory effect could be achieved with treatment of Ciprofloxacin combined with rifampicin and doxycyc- line.
