以核心力量训练为切入点,从理论和实践层面展开实验研究。以山东省青年女子篮球队为实验对象,在实验中归纳总结出科学的核心力量训练方法,从而推进篮球运动员体能、技术水平的进一步提高。

With core strength training as an entry point, this research theoretically carried on an experiment on it from the aspect of theory and practice. With the youth women ~ basketball players of Shandong as subject, it concluded the methods of scientific core strength training in practice for them, so as to improve their physical fitness and technical level.
