陆浩杰与吕小军举重抓举技术的对比研究 被引量:9

摘要 运用三维运动学方法对伦敦奥运会冠军吕小军和亚军陆浩杰在2011年全国举重冠军赛比赛中的抓举技术进行对比分析,研究结果表明:陆浩杰抓举技术比较合理,体现了近的技术特点,发力比较经济,杠铃垂直速度在整个提铃过程中能保持持续上升,表现出了世界级优秀运动员的水平。吕小军引膝技术不合理,杠铃垂直速度在引膝提铃阶段有明显的下降,发力效果不好,能量浪费较大,如果改进技术还有提升的空间。 The method of 3D motion analysis was adopted to make a comparative analysis on the snatch technique of the former London Olympic champion Lv Xiaojun and silver medalist Lu Haojie in the 2011 Chinese National Weightlifting Championship.Results showed that Lu Haojie's snatch technique is reasonable,technical characteristics being close,the force of second pull being economic and the vertical velocity of the barbell keeping rising in the whole lifting.The technique of Lv Xiaojun in transition stage is not reasonable,barbell vertical velocity decreased significantly in that stage,the force effect being not fair,however,if technically improved,there will be promotion space.
