摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)是一群能不断自我更新、分裂增殖,且具多向分化潜能的多能干细胞,目前已广泛应用于生物工程和再生医学领域。近年来,MSC移植治疗多种疾病的疗效备受瞩目,认为可能与MSC具多谱系分化、免疫抑制和定向迁移三大特性息息相关。本文就MSC上述三大特性及其移植治疗骨和软骨疾病、神经系统疾病、移植物抗宿主病、癌症的应用前景做一综述。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are a group of pluripotent stem cells, which have some capacity for self-renew, proliferation, muhilineage differentiation. At present, MSC have been widely used in biological engineering and regenerative medicine. In recent years, transplanting MSC for treating various diseases attracts tremendous attention, which may be associated with the multilineage differentiation, immunosuppression and directional migration characteristics of MSC. This article reviews the three characteristics of MSC and the application of transplanting MSC for treating bone and cartilage diseases, nervous system disease, graft versus host disease and cancer.
