摘要
为了改善电机中线圈浸漆技术,采用西门子S7-300系列PLC,对真空压力浸漆控制系统的具体设计步骤进行了阐述,设计了真空压力浸漆控制系统的控制过程,通过对按钮、电动阀、罗茨泵等输入输出设备的控制,实现了真空压力浸漆控制系统的自动化,改进了线圈绝缘性能,工作稳定性更加可靠,大大提高了浸漆的工作效率。
In order to improve vanish technology of motor coils, Siemens S7-300 series PLC is adopted. This paper describes the concrete design steps of vacuum pressure varnish system and its control process. Through the control of I/O equipment as buttons, electric valves and roots pump, the automation of vacuum pressure vanish control system is realized, the insulation property is improved, working stability is more reliable, the working efficiency of varnishing is greatly improved.
