板材C超成像装置研制

摘要 超声C扫描是沿垂直于超声波传播方向的二维扫描方式,能够显示被测样本的横断面[1]。本论文介绍了一种板材C超成像装置,主要由三维运动机械结构、电机驱动电路、超声探头、超声发射和接收电路、基于USB的数据采集及控制电路、上位机等组成。采用与超声波传播方向垂直的蛇形路径二维扫描方式,可直接获得板材C超图像及缺陷轮廓图。利用该装置成功实现了对铝板材埋深40mm、直径2mm内部缺陷的清晰检测。可以根据所得到的图形确定材料中缺陷的尺寸和形状,并根据缺陷形状,判定缺陷的性质[2]。实验结果表明,该系统性能稳定,分辨率高,达到了设计要求。 The ultrasonic C scan is a two-dimensional scanning may that is perpendicular to direction of ultrasonic transmission. The ultrasound C scan can display the cross section of the sample. This paper introduces a kind of C imaging device for sheet metal that it is mainly composed of 3d motion of mechanical structure, motor driving circuit, ultrasonic probe, ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuit, data acquisition based on USB, control circuit and PC, and so on. The serpentine path of two-dimensional scanning way is perpendicular to the direction of ultrasonic transmission can directly obtain sheet C super image and defect contour map. Using the device, a clear detection of the internal defects of aluminum sheet buried in depth 40 mm, 2mm in diamete is realized. According to the obtained graphics, the size and shape of the defect in the material can be determined, and according to the shape of the defect, the character of the defect can be decided. The experimental results show that the system is stable, high resolution, and reached the design requirements.
