摘要 开展节能发电调度对于节约能源、减少环境污染具有重要意义。本文首先阐述了基于实测煤耗的节能发电调度系统的构建原理。接着,介绍了系统的主要功能,如:数据采集、数据准确性甄别、性能计算、环保监测等。最后以广西电网今年某月的机组综合排名为例,介绍了其应用效果。广西电网建设的基于实测煤耗的节能发电调度系统功能齐全、数据可靠,它对落实国家节能减排政策和促使发电企业挖掘机组的节能减排潜力能发挥积极作用。 It's significant to carry out energy-saving gengeration dispatching for energy-saving and reducing environmental pollution. This paper first describes the building principle of energy-saving generation dispatching system based on the actual coal consumption. Then it introduces the main functions, like data acquisition, the accuracy of data screening, performance calculation, environmental monitoring and so on. At last, the application effect is stated by taking units of Guangxi Power Grid this year ranked comprehensively as an example. The constructed Guangxi Power Grid energy-saving generation dispatching system based on the actual coal consumption has complete functions and reliable data, and it plays a positive role to implement the national energy-saving emission reduction policies and forces the power enterprises to excavate potential energy-saving and emission reduction of units.
