Effects of Antimicrobial Drugs Management in Certain Hospital

目的探讨本院加强抗菌药物专项管理后,抗菌药物各类指标的改善情况。方法按照PDCA循环管理法,先收集资料,找出存在的问题,进行原因分析,拟定对策,检查落实,对实施前后全院的抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物使用强度、门急诊抗菌药物处方比例、一类切口手术患者预防使用抗菌药物比例等指标进行对比。结果通过采取一系列管理措施,制定落实细节,本院2014年下半年抗菌药物各项指标均比上半年有所下降,其中住院患者抗菌药物使用率由63.82%下降至56.40%,住院患者抗菌药物使用强度由99.64下降至64.46,门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例由25.62%下降至14.84%,急诊患者抗菌药物处方比例从42.45%下降至20.17%,Ⅰ类切口预防使用抗菌药物比例从32.44%下降至20.32%,基本达到省厅规定的标准。结论通过抗菌药物的专项管理,抗菌药物不合理使用现状得到改善,抗菌药物各项指标有较大幅度的下降,在今后的管理工作中,巩固效果和改进管理质量。

Objective To analyze the various indicators changes of antimicrobial drugs after the special antimicrobial drugs management in the hospital. Method Following PDCA cycle management, we gathered the in- formation, identified problems, analyzed the reasons, and developed measures, and check the effects by analyzing the indicators of the intensity of use of antimicrobial drugs, outpatient and emergency proportion of prescriptions of antibiotics, class I incision prevent use rate of antimicrohial drugs. Results By taking a series of management measures in the second half of 2014, the indicators of antimicrobial drugs were better than those in the first half of 2014. Antibiotics use among hospitalized patients decreased from 63.82% to 56.40%. The intensity of use of anti- biotics in hospitalized patients decreased from 99.64 to 64.46. The proportion of outpatient prescription of antibiot- ics decreased from 25.62% to 14.84%. The proportion of emergency patient＇s prescription of antibiotics dropped from 42.45% to 20.17%. The proportion of preventive antibiotics use for type one incision patients declined from 32.44% to 20.32%. These have basically reached the provision standards set by the administration. Conclusions By special management of antimicrobial agents, the irrational use of antibiotics improved. Various indicators of an- timicrobial drugs have decreased greatly. We will further consolidate the results, continued improve the quality of management in the future.
