结合多目标优化与灰色关联决策的负荷恢复方法 被引量:16

摘要 系统频率是衡量负荷恢复方案的重要指标,将系统频率变化水平引入目标函数中,建立包括可恢复负荷量、节点负荷重要度和系统频率变化水平在内的多目标函数。考虑冷负荷特性约束、计及频率特性的稳态潮流约束等约束条件,建立发电机出力和负荷恢复模型。通过一种带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法求取负荷恢复多目标优化方案,根据未确知有理数和信息熵权法确定各属性的主、客观权重,通过最小二乘法计算主客观组合权重,最后根据灰色关联决策模型对各方案进行决策得到最优解。以新英格兰10机39节点系统为算例验证了所提方法的有效性。 Since the system frequency is an important index of load restoration scheme,its variation level together with recoverable load amount and load importance degree are introduced into the multi-objective functions. The generator output and load restoration model is established,which considers the cold load characteristic constraint,the frequency-included steady-state power flow constraint,etc. The fast and elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is applied to obtain the multi-objective optimization schemes. The subjective and objective weights of each objective function are calculated by the unascertained rational number and information entropy method,the combined subjective and objective weight is calculated by the least square method,and the grey incidence decision-making model is employed to finally obtain the best solution. The example of New England 10-unit 39-bus system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
