摘要
目的探讨行政谈话制度对于减少医疗纠纷的作用。方法对2013年1月至2014年9月上海市某妇婴保健院实施的173例行政谈话事件进行回顾分析,并利用绩效评价方法对其效果进行评价。结果行政谈话涉及科室以产科占比例最高,为54.9%;其次是妇科,为43.3%。引发行政谈话的最常见原因是实验性的有创诊疗,其比例为38.7%。进行谈话后的医疗事件,无一例医疗纠纷发生。结论行政谈话制度对于减少特殊患者的医疗纠纷有显著作用。
Objective To explore the role of administrative conversation system to reduce medical disputes. Methods Implementing retrospective analysis on 173 cases of administrative conversation conducted by one Maternity and Infant Hospital in Shanghai during January 2013 to September 201. Using the performance evaluation methods to evaluate its effect. Results The highest proportion of departments that refers to administrative conver- sations is obstetrics department that accounts for 54.9% , followed by gynecology that accounts for 43.3%. The most common reason of administrative conversations is experimental invasive treatment which accounts for 38.7%. After administrative conversation, none of the medical disputes oeeurred. Conclusion Administrative conversation system has effect on reducing medical disputes number of special patients.
