摘要 目的了解大型医院门诊流程潜在的不足,找出门诊流程优化的可能方法并进行实践,使医院能为更多患者提供服务。方法采用ESIA法并结合医院信息系统,对医院空间进行重新布局,应用多种预约挂号方式及其他多种途径,对医院门诊流程进行优化。结果流程优化明显缩短患者候诊时间,改善患者的就医体验,优化医务工作人员工作环境,提高了医患满意度。结论 ESIA法对门诊流程优化具有指导意义。 Objective To know the potential shortcomings of outpatient process in large hospitals, and to find out the possible methods to optimize those processes so as to make the hospital offer service to more patients. Methods Applying the method of ESIA to reorganize the space in the outpatient department combining with the hospital information system. Applying multiple methods for appointments, registration, and others approaches to op- timize those processes related to outpatient department. Result Process optimization dramatically shortens waiting time for patients, improves their hospital visit experience, prettifies work environment for staff and therefore increases the satisfaction rate of both patients and staff. Conclusion ing for the optimization of processes in outpatient departments.
