摘要
影响复杂表面多轴数控加工精度的因素有很多,比如加工参数、刀具轨迹、编程误差等。本文将自适应控制方法与编程误差控制相结合,提出加工误差自适应补偿的方法。应用解析几何原理,对复杂表面多轴数控加工精度进行建模,并结合实例得出误差自适应补偿算法前后的加工表面偏差值。
There are many factors that affect the accuracy of multi axis NC machining of complex surface,such as machining parameters,tool path,programming error,and so on. In this paper,an adaptive control method is proposed to compensate the error. The accuracy of multi axis NC machining of complex surface is modeled by using analytic geometry theory.
