本文主要阐述了在新形势下并购重组的必要性及其对企业、广大的投资者带来的重大投资机遇,同时试图分析其中存在的风险,最大限度地进行防范。
This paper mainly explains the necessity of merger and acquisition in new situation and the great chances it brings to enterprises and vast investors,and tries to analyze its risks and prevention to the maximum.
