The Study of the Problems and Solutions of Broadcasting and Hosting in Taiwan Residents Media Industry

闽南语广播电视节目的蓬勃发展亟需闽南语播音主持人才。从播音主持艺术学的理论角度以及从闽南语改译角度分析,现今业界的闽南语播音员主持人在业务上存在一定问题。本文对闽南语播音员主持人的来源以及存在问题进行探讨,并提出解决方案。

The prosperous development of Taiwan Residents media industry calls for the talents of broadcasting and hosting who master Taiwan Residents. Based on the theoretical analysis of the art of broadcasting and Taiwan Residents adaptation,there are academic problems existing in the Taiwan Residents media industry,particularly of Taiwan Residents broadcasting and hosting. In order to raise the first- class Taiwan Residents broadcasters and hosts and to promote Taiwan Residents media culture influence,the discussion of the sources and existing problems of Taiwan Residents broadcasters and hosts is necessary. Furthermore,this academic paper proposes the solutions to these problems.
