附子注射液对冠心病心脾阳虚证模型大鼠离体心肌的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察附子注射液对冠心病心脾阳虚证动物离体心肌的影响。方法:100只Wistar大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、附子注射液低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组5组。模型组、低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组采用BAT切除术、高脂饲料喂养、隔日寒冷环境刺激、脑垂体后叶素(10 U·kg-1)皮下注射序贯方法造模。造模后低剂量、中剂量、高剂量组以附子注射液干预,观察大鼠肛温、体质量和心功能变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组肛温、体质量、LVSP、dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax均下降,LVEDP显著升高。与模型组比较,中剂量组和高剂量组肛温、体质量、LVSP、dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax均增加,高剂量组LVEDP降低。结论:附子注射液加强心肌收缩性、改善大鼠心脏舒张功能效果与剂量有关,在安全剂量范围内有望成为新强心剂。 Objective To observe the effects of Fuzi injection on in vitro myocardium in rats with coronary heart disease due to heart and spleen yang deficiency syndrome. Methods 100 Wistar rats were divided into control group,model group,Fuzi injection low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group. The model group,low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group were applied incising BAT then with high fatty diet and cold stimulation every other day,and subcutaneous injection with pitutrin, then to observe rectal temperature,weight, indexes of heart function. Results Compared with the control group,rectal temperature,weight,LVSP,dp / dtmax,- dp/dtmaxin the model group all reduced while LVEDP increased significantly. Compared with the model group,rectal temperature,weight,LVSP,dp / dtmax,-dp/dtmaxin the middle-dose group and high-dose group increased while LVEDP in the high-dose group reduced. Conclusion:Fuzi injection may reinforce myocardial contraction and improve diastolic function,which might make it become new cardiotonic when used in a safe dose range.
