摘要
目的:探讨马钱子与白术配伍(简称马术)防治佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠的免疫机制。方法:建立AA大鼠模型,将马钱子与白术不同配比水煎剂连续灌胃给药32 d,取血和滑膜组织观察滑膜组织病理形态学变化,血清中风湿因子(RF)、白介素-1β、-6、-10(IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、循环免疫复合物(CIC)、C型反应蛋白(CRP)和滑膜组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、皮质醇(Cor)的变化。结果:配伍组能不同程度地改善滑膜组织充血、坏死、炎细胞浸润、纤维组织增生,降低RF、IL-1β、IL-6、CIC、CRP、Cor的含量。结论:马术防治AA的免疫机制为抑制炎性细胞因子和Cor,控制炎症反应,其较佳配比为1∶6。
Objective: To discuss the immune mechanism of Adjuvant Arthritis( AA) rat with compatibility of Nux vomica and Atractylodes,and find the better ratio. Methods: Establishing AA rat model,and giving the different ratio water decoction in 32 d continuously by gavage,taking blood and synovial tissue,observing the changes of interleukin-1β,-6,10( IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10),tumor necrosis factor( TNF-α),circulating immune complex( CIC),C reactive protein( CRP) in serum and prostaglandin E2( PGE2) and cortisol( Cor) in the synovial tissue. Results: The compatibility can obviously reduce the content of IL-1β、IL-6、CIC、CRP、Cor. Conclusion: The mechanism of preventing AA is controlling the content of inflammatory cytokines and inflammation,and its better ratio is 1∶ 6.
