补肾活血法结合依那普利对糖尿病肾病的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Enalapril Combined with Tonifying the Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Method on Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨补肾活血法结合依那普利对糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:抽取我院内分泌科DN患者144例,按随机数字表法分为中药组和对照组各72例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上结合依那普利,中药组在对照组基础上结合补肾活血法中药汤剂治疗,2个月后比较观察2组证候积分、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、尿蛋白定量(UP)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)、血肌酐(SCr)指标变化。结果:治疗后2种治疗方法证候积分均有所降低,且中药组积分低于对照组。治疗后,中药组FBG、PBG、Hb Alc、UP、SCr均较对照组降低差异有统计学意义,中药组CCr高于对照组差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾活血法结合依那普利对DN的临床疗效较好,能有效降低人体血糖和改善其肾功能,值得推广使用。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of Tonifying kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Method combined with enalapril on Diabetic nephropathy（ DN）. Methods： 144 patients with DN in Endocrinology in our hospital were selected. They were divided into the TCM group（ 72 cases） and the control group（ 72cases）. The control group received Enalapril on the base of conventional treatment,while the TCM group received Tonifying kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Method s on the base of the control group. The results of syndrome score,fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,postprandial blood glucose（ PBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（ Hb Alc）,urinary protein excretion（ UP）,endogenous creatinine clearance rate（ CCr）,serum creatinine（ SCr） were compared. Results： After treatment,the two treatments symptom scores were decreased significantly; and integration of the TCM group than the control group points. The difference was statistically significant. After treatment,the results of FBG,PBG,Hb Alc in the TCM group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. After treatment,the results of UP,SCr in the TCM group were lower than those in the control group,the results of CCr was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions： The clinical efficacy of Tonifying kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Method combined with enalapril is satisfied,which can effectively reduce the body’ s blood sugar and improve renal function and should be introduced in future.
