Acne is one of the common diseases in clinical dermatology,and acne conglobata is the most serious type of late acne. Yang deficiency constitution suffers from exogenous pathogenic factors,leading to endogenous pathogenic factors including cold coagulation,phlegm,blood stasis. Exogenous pathogenic factors combing with endogenous pathogenic factors can produce inacne conglobata. Yanghe Decoction has dispelled the cold,keep warm efficacy. Yanghe Decoction was used to treat acne conglobata in clinical work,leaving a particularly significant effect. Now making a brief analysis is to explore the clinical new treatment ideas,which Yanghe Decoction treat acne conglobata from the yang weakness and cold congestion’perspective.
