德育是学校工作重要的组成部分,如何让德育真正走入教师和学生的心里,成为一种自觉的需要,是德育工作者需要关注的焦点。本文尝试通过构建分层递进的完中德育体系,逐层深化德育目标,并通过"主题式推进"策略进行实施,提升学生道德修养。

Moral education is an important part of the school, how to make moral education into the hearts of teachers and stu- dents, become a conscious need, is the focus of moral educators. In this paper, we try to improve the students＇ Moral Cultivation by constructing the moral education system, which is based on the moral education system.
