摘要
桥门式起重机在国民经济的领域应用广泛.起重机作为特种设备,安全事故的不断出现给社会造成了巨大经济损失和人员伤亡.针对门架结构,依据量纲分析理论,制作实验模型,通过模型试件载荷实验对结构刚度进行研究.实验结果表明结构刚度与载荷呈非线性关系,具有侧移及波动性的变化规律,应变值与载荷呈线性正相关.实验结果对起重机的检验检测和安全评估有重要的工程意义.
Gantry crane is widely used in the field of national economy. The crane,a special equipment, caused some huge economic losses and casualties owing to its constantly emerging safety accidents. The door frame structure,based on the theory of dimension analysis,the experimental model,and the test model of load test on structural rigidity,was studied. The experimental results showed that the relationship between the structure stiff-ness and the load is nonlinear,with lateral displacement and the variation regularity of strain values,a positive linear correlation with load. The experimental results have some important engineering significance inspection and safety evaluation of the crane.
