摘要 美国荣誉项目指的是为优秀本科生提供专门化、个性化的一项教育服务计划。美国开展荣誉项目已有近百年的历史,为美国培养了一大批优秀的拔尖人才,在培养拔尖创新人才方面积累了丰富的经验。文章通过介绍美国华盛顿大学荣誉项目的培养目标、选拔制度、课程设置、资源支持等具体实践经验,认为对中国开展的"拔尖计划"人才培养模式在课程设置、培养理念、管理体制等方面提供了有益的启示,以此促进拔尖创新人才培养模式的改革和优化。 The honor program is a program that provides specialized and personalized education services for gifted undergraduates in the United States.The honor projects have been carried out for nearly a hundred years,trained a large number of outstanding talents,and accumulated some experience on how to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.By introducing the practice of Washington University Honor Program,this paper puts forward that Chinese universities can absorb and learn from the experience of outstanding top-notch innovative talents cultivation mode in the United States,and provides useful inspiration for the"top-notch program" universities in China to carry out reform and optimization of talent cultivation mode.
