普通高校艺术教育师资队伍现状及问题思考

Investigation of the Current Situation and Problems of Teachers of Art Education in Universities

艺术教育是高校人才培养的重要内容,提高艺术教育水平是全面落实素质教育、推动高等教育内涵式发展的有效手段。艺术教育师资队伍的建设关系到艺术教育水平的提高及其长远发展。对四川省十所普通高校调查发现高校艺术教育师资队伍存在的主要问题是:存在陈旧的教育思想和观念,艺术教育师资结构不合理,缺乏实践工作经验和对相关行业了解,科研能力较弱、研究水平偏低,艺术教育师资发展机制不健全。因此,高校师资队伍建设要转变落后的思想和意识、提高教师文化素养、加强基本功的培训、提高教师科研水平、建立内培外引的建设机制以及培养现代化和国际化视野。

Art education is an important part in talent cultivation in universities.To improve the level of art education is the effective method to fully implement quality education and promote the connotative development of higher education.The training of art education teachers concerns the promotion and development of art education level.According to the investigations of 10 colleges in Sichuan Province,the main problems are the outdated education thoughts and ideas,the irrational structure of teachers,the lack of work experience and related occupation,the weak research capacity and level,the unsound development mechanism.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions that colleges should update their thoughts and ideas,improve teachers＇ cultural literacy and basic skill training,promote teachers＇ research capacity,construct the system of training and introducing talents,and cultivate their modern and internationalized vision.
