论高校化学实验室的建设和管理

Discussion on the Construction and Management of University Chemical Laboratory

化学是一门以实验为基础的自然科学,学科的性质决定了化学实验室在培养学生专业素养和创新精神中具有重要作用。如何充分发挥化学实验室的上述作用是值得各高校深思的一个问题。文中分析了当前高校化学实验室建设和管理中存在的一些问题,探讨了改革实验室建设和管理的制度、经费等,并提出了相应的建议和对策。

Chemical laboratory plays a significant role in cultivating professional attainment and innovation spirit of college studentssince chemistry is a fundamentally natural science based on the experiments. How tomake good use of the lab resources is an important and thought-provoking topic for chemical laboratory management staff. Focused on current construction and management of university chemical laboratory,several typical problems were briefly summarized in this work. Subsequently,a series of corresponding countermeasures were also carefully proposed.
