摘要
职业倦怠已然成为导致目前高职公共英语教学质量下滑的痼疾之一。从关注高职公共英语教师职业倦怠现象切入，对其进行成因分析并提出相关解决策略。
Burnout is one of the main reasons of what affect the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, illus- trates and analyzes the causes that lead to burnouts among college English teachers, and then the solutions to re- lease and avoid burnout are provided.
