摘要 抗菌肽作为皮肤的重要组成部分,有着广泛的抗微生物活性,通过多种信号途径参与调节机体免疫,维持皮肤正常的微生态环境,增强角质形成细胞功能,是皮肤屏障的免疫调节因素,其表达水平与某些感染性和炎症性皮肤病的严重程度相关,在皮肤病的治疗上也有广阔的前景. As a major component of skin,antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) have a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity.Through multiple signaling pathways,they participate in immunoregulation,maintain normal micro-ecological environment in skin,enhance the function of keratinocytes,and play immunoregulatory roles in skin barrier.The expression level of AMPs is associated with the severity of some infectious and inflammatory skin diseases.AMPs also have broad prospects in the treatment of skin diseases.
