各种抗精神病药在临床上广泛应用,从而导致的不良反应也早有报道,便秘是发生率最高的不良反应之一。对于抗精神病药所致的便秘西医的传统治疗疗效有限,推动了学者们开始探索中医药的疗法,并取得了不错的临床效果。就近年来的中医学研究现状做一综述。

There are various antipsychotic drugs widely used in clinic,which could lead to the side effects in early reports. Constipation is one of the side effects with the highest incidence. For the traditional treatment of western medicine of constipation caused by antipsychotic efficacy is limited,many scholars began to explore the therapy of TCM,and have obtained good clinical effects. T here is a review for the traditional Chinese medicine research status.
