摘要 当前,中医凭借其独特的理论和无可比拟的临床疗效已经得到世界范围内的广泛认可。远观未来10年,中医药将与我们的日常生活连接的更为紧密。"基于中医核心思维的机器学习医用诊疗系统"以目前医疗单位的一般工作流程为基础,以中医"辨证施治"的核心思想为指导,从虚拟病人入院检查开始囊括了完整的诊疗过程,将同一病人的不同病症独立考察与中医诊病"因、位、性、势"诊断方式相结合,采用人在回路的动态诊疗方式,以中医自学习专家系统为核心,采用反馈神经网络算法完成了专家系统的机器学习功能,以期实现中医专家知识最大限度临床应用与自我更新,推动中医事业的发展。 At present,Chinese medicine has been recognized in the world. In the next ten years,traditional Chinese medicine and our daily life will connect more closely. In this paper,the design of TCM-based core thinking machine learning medical diagnosis and treatment system takes the clinical general work as the basis,guided by TCM syndrome differentiation,which included the completed treatment process from the virtual patient admission. The independent investigation on different diseases of the same patient and TCM diagnosis are combined,using the dynamic circuit method of diagnosis and treatment,based on traditional Chinese medicine self learning expert system as the core,using feedback neural network algorithm to complete the expert system of machine learning function. It has realized the clinical application maximizing and self-renewal of the Chinese expert knowledge,promoting the development of TCM.
