摘要
通过检测骨肉瘤患者血清中半乳糖凝集素3(galectin-3)的水平以及骨肉瘤组织标本中galectin-3的表达情况,探讨其在骨肉瘤患者血清及肿瘤组织中的表达情况并分析其与骨肉瘤临床特征的关系。实验结果显示galectin-3在骨肉瘤患者血清中的表达水平与Enncking分期相关,且随着骨肉瘤组织临床分期及肿瘤发展,galectin-3的表达呈上升趋势,这说明galectin-3与骨肉瘤的发生、发展密切相关,可能在其发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。
In order to investigate the expression of galectin-3 in serum and osteosarcoma tissues as well as the relationship with clinical and pathological characteristics, the expression of galectin-3 in serum of patients with osteosarcoma and in osteosarcoma tissues was detected. The results showed the expression level of galectin-3 in patients＇ serum was closely correlated with the phase of Enncking. In Ⅲ stage tumor tissues, and the expression of galectin-3 was positively correlated with the development of osteosarcoma. It indicates that galectin-3 may play an important role in the processes of the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma.
