摘要
冰川微生物蕴涵着生命进化历程的丰富信息,对冰川微生物的研究将为揭示遗传多样性、气候环境变迁及其对环境变化的响应机制等开辟新途径。阐述了冰川微生物的多样性和群落结构特征、影响其分布的生态因素,并进一步对冰川微生物研究所涉及的分子生物学方法进行了综述。
Microorganisms in glacial environments imply abundant information in the evolution of life process. Study of the microorganisms will provide new insight into the research of microbial genetic diversity,climate and environment changes and the response mechanism of microorganisms to glacial environment changes. The progresses of diversity, phylogeny and communities of microorganisms in glacial environments and the effect of the ecological factors on their distribution are reviewed, as well as the main molecular techniques used for the study of the diversity and community distribution of microorganisms in glacial envi-ronments.
