摘要
以改革开放以来苏南农村土地产权制度变迁为主线,探讨土地产权制度变迁及其对苏南乡村空间转型的影响。通过理顺宏观结构性背景与土地产权制度变迁之间的关系,认为,"政府——市场——农民"相互间关系对土地产权的制度变迁起着主导作用,改革开放以来苏南农村土地制度经历了3次大变迁,与其相对应,苏南乡村空间也发生3次转型。土地产权制度对苏南乡村土地流转和空间转型具有深远影响。
Based on the changes of rural land property system in southern Jiangsu since 1978, this paper comprehensively discusses the changes of rural land property system and its impacts on rural space transformation in southern Jiangsu Province. Through rationalizing the relationship between macro-structural background and changes of rural land property system, it finds that the mutual relationship of ＂government-market-farmers＂ played a leading role in changes of rural land property system. The changes of rural land property system in southern Jiangsu have undergone three modes since 1978, and correspondingly, the rural space also has experienced three modes. The rural land property system has far-reaching implications on rural land transfer and space transformation in southern Jiangsu.
