摘要
为探讨中药成分人参皂苷、灵芝多糖、枸杞多糖对牛O型-AsiaⅠ型FMD灭活苗的免疫效果的影响,按照0.2m L/只的剂量在第1、15天分别给小鼠接种含0.1 mg/m L各中药成分的牛O型-AsiaⅠ型FMD灭活苗,分别于第15、30、45天测定小鼠脾脏指数及血清O型FMD抗体水平,并于第45天用MTT法检测小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞增殖。结果表明,在第30、45天时,人参皂苷组小鼠脾脏指数、脾脏T、B淋巴细胞增殖及血清抗体水平均显著高于对照组和疫苗组(P<0.05);在第45天时,灵芝多糖组小鼠脾脏指数和血清抗体水平均显著高于对照组和疫苗组(P<0.05);枸杞多糖组的脾脏指数、血清抗体水平与对照组或疫苗组的相比,在整个试验期间呈增高趋势。说明中药成分人参皂苷和灵芝多糖对牛O型-AsiaⅠ型FMD灭活苗免疫小鼠具有免疫增强功效,枸杞多糖的免疫增强效果不明显。
To investigate the immune effects of Chinese herb ingredients on mice injected mice with FMD inactivated vaccinecontaining 0.2 m L Chinese herb ingredients(0.1 mg/m L)per mice on the first and 15 th day.The spleen index and the serum anti-body were analyzed on 15 th,30th,and 45 th day,and the spleen lymphocyte proliferation was be detected using MTT assay on the45 th day.The results showed that the spleen index and proliferation of spleen T and B lymphocytes of ginsenoside group were sig-nificantly higher than that of the vaccine group and control group(P〈0.05),suggesting that ginsenoside and ganoderma polysaccha-ride significantly promote immune function in mice while goji polysaccharides had no significantly effect on mice.
