IGFBP-2 PTEN蛋白在犬乳腺肿瘤中的表达

摘要 为了探讨IGFBP-2、PTEN蛋白表达与犬乳腺肿瘤生物学行为关系。采用免疫组织化学PV法对临床收集的71例乳腺肿瘤,4例非典型性增生和6例健康犬乳腺组织中IGFBP-2和PTEN蛋白的表达水平进行检测,并分析它们与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 IGFBP-2和PTEN蛋白染色主要定位于胞浆,少量可见于胞核和胞膜。IGFBP-2和PTEN蛋白在犬正常、增生乳腺组织中和良性乳腺肿瘤中的表达差异不显著(P>0.05),但与恶性乳腺肿瘤相比二者表达差异极显著(P<0.01)。IGFBP-2和PTEN蛋白表达与患犬年龄、肿瘤大小和预后无关。表明联合检测IGFBP-2、PTEN表达可作为犬乳腺癌生物学行为判断的重要指标。 To investigate the relationship between IGFBP-2 and PTEN protein expression with the biological behavior of ca-nine mammary tumors.The expression of IGFBP-2 and PTEN in 71 cases of canine mammary gland tumors,4 cases of atypical hy-perplasia and 6 cases of normal mammary gland tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and their relationship with the clin-ical and pathological features of canine mammary gland tumors wereanalyzed.Result our results showed that Expression of IGFBP-2 and PTEN protein were mainly found in the cytoplasm,while in some samples they were detected in the nuclear and membrane.IGFBP-2 and PTEN protein expressions did't significantly vary between normal mammary tissues and benign mammary tumors(P〈0.05),but IGFBP-2 and PTEN gene expressions in malignant tumors varied obviously compared with normal mammary tissues andbenign mammary tumors(P〈0.01,P〈0.01). IGFBP-2 and PTEN were not related to age,tumor size and prognosis(P〈0.05).Con-clusion The combination detection of IGFBP-2 and PTEN could serve as an important index to estimate the biological behavior ofcanine mammary gland tumor.
