摘要
论文从海洋环境感知与海洋环境辅助决策系统的内涵出发,分析了海军武器装备与海洋环境的相互关系,构建了海洋环境感知信息与辅助决策关联矩阵,研究了海洋环境感知与海洋环境辅助决策系统的网络架构设计思路,详细分析了数据源层、数据采集层、数据仓库层、数据应用层、信息呈现层以及应用层等各层的内涵等,并从行政管理上和技术手段上等多个角度提出了海洋环境辅助决策系统有效运行模式及措施建议,为海军武器装备综合决策系统建设提供技术支撑。
From the connotation of the marine environmental perception and assistant decision system,the relationship between naval weapon equipment and marine environment are analyzed,the marine environmental perception information and decision related matrix are constructed,the marine environmental perception information and decision related martrix are constructed,the network architecture design of the marine environmental perception and the decision system are studied.The contents of the data source layer,data acquisition layer,data warehouse layer,data application layer,information presentation layer,and so on are analyzed in detail.From the aspects of administrative management and technical means,the effective operation mode and suggestions of the marine environmental assistant decision system are put forward,technical support for the construction of naval weapon and equipment integrated decision system is provided.
