摘要
在微通道二维简化模型下,通过改变粗糙元密度、形状及高度等参数,对空气在相对粗糙度影响下的流动换热特性进行了数值研究与分析。研究结果表明,由于回流区和障碍存在,压力降增加,平均泊肃叶数(Po数)增大。对于不可压缩情况,相对粗糙度的存在可能破坏了出口效应。与相对粗糙度对Po数的影响相比,相对粗糙度对努塞尔数(Nu数)的影响较小。仿真结果可为微通道的相关设计提供依据。
A flow and heat transfer numerical simulation is performed for a 2Dgaseous flow through microchannels to investigate the effects of relative roughness.These effects are simulated by various relative roughness.The numerical results demonstrate that recirculation zones and barriers lead to the pressure drop and average poiseuille number(Po number)increasing.For incompressible cases,the relative roughness'existence could undermine the export effect.Compared with the relative roughness effects on the Po numbers,there are relatively less effects on the Nusselt numbers(Nu number).The results can provide references to the microchannel design.
