Application of Integrated Ceramic Drift Tube in Ion Mobility Spectrometry

离子迁移管的材料和制备工艺对离子迁移率、环境适应性和稳定性有很大的影响。论文综述了离子迁移技术和陶瓷封接技术,应用陶瓷封接技术加工制备了一体化离子迁移管,进行了离子迁移实验,并通过和传统迁移管的实验对比表明:使用陶瓷封接工艺制备的一体化迁移管环境适应性好、分辨率较高、机械强度高。

This article reviews the principles of ion mobility spectrometry and metal-to-ceramic sealing technology.An integrated ceramic drift tube has been prepared to compare with a traditional stack-ring drift tube.The results prove that the integrated drift tube is more robust,shows higher resolution and higher strength.
