摘要
针对目前无线传感器网络节点采集旋转机械振动信号存在的高成本和大功耗问题,设计一种基于CC2530芯片的无线传感器网络节点。该节点采用数字式三轴加速度传感器拾取振动信号,以CC2530自带处理器为整个节点控制核心,将采集、存储、处理和传输等控制功能模块集成到一起,实现振动信号的准确采集和大数据量存储,并成功移植Zig Bee协议栈,实现数据的无线传输。经测试表明:该节点对于信号采集和无线传输具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,能够满足大多数旋转机械设备的振动监测要求。
At present,the signal acquisition device for the vibration signals of rotating machinery has the problem of high cost and high power consumption,aiming at this a wireless sensor network node based on CC2530 was designed. The node was made up of the tri- axial accelerometer to collect vibration signal and take CC2530 own processor as a central processing unit. Data acquisition,storage,processing and transmission control modules were integrated together to realize the accuracy of the vibration signal acquisition and the large amounts of data storage. The node used the Zig Bee protocol stack to achieve mutual communication between nodes. The experiments show that the node for signal acquisition and wireless transmission is with high reliability and stability and meets the requirements of rotating machinery vibration monitoring.
