摘要 目前工业上常用的接触式表面温度测量传感器的不足主要表现在由测量端和被测表面之间接触热阻引起的误差较大,由感温点与被测表面距离引起的较大,响应较慢,安装具有一定局限性。针对该不足,设计了一种易安装密封的面接触式热电偶,技术特点为:将热电偶丝与金属感温片具有一定长度的焊接,使用绝缘套将感温片与铠装热电偶隔离开。随后对制作成的8支热电偶进行校验、检定,并将8支热点偶安装在一个桶状结构的底板上相互对比,说明其测量的精度、一致性较好。 The deficiencies of contact surface temperature measurement sensor include the error caused by contact thermal resistance,the error caused by large distance between measured surface and sensor measurement point,slow response,and the limitations of installation. In view of these limitations,an easy installation and sealing surface contact thermocouple was designed. The technical features were heating the thermocouple wire on a metal piece with a certain length and using insulation sleeve to isolate the thermal slices from thermocouple. Then eight thermocouples were verified,installed on the bottom of a barrel structure and contrasted with each other. Results show that the measurement consistency and precision are good.
