摘要
功率平衡是供电系统稳定运行的基础,储能系统储存释放能量,平抑能量波动、负荷扰动,有效提高可再生能源利用率。针对储能变流器提出控制策略,联网模式下,运行功率解耦控制策略,孤岛模式下,运行恒压恒频控制策略,以及孤岛模式切换联网模式时,执行频率扰动控制方法。该控制策略的研究,实现含储能供电系统的可靠、稳定运行。
Power balance is the basis of the stable operation of the power system. Energy storage system (ESS) is used tostore and release energy, stabilize energy fluctuation, load disturbance, so as to effectively improve the utilization of renew-able energy. This paper proposes a control method for energy storage converter, that is, under the mode of network, operat-ing decoupled power control strategy, under isolated mode, operating constant vohage constant frequency control strategy,and under switching mode between island and network, frequency disturbance is in operation. This control strategy realizesthe reliable and stable operation of the system.
