This paper introduces the structure of the distributor in Bailongtan hydropower station and gives a solution for the water leakage of guide vane sleeve seal of bulb tubular unit during the operation and maintenance of the distributor, which not only solves the damp problem of powerhouse gallery（ with elevation of 94m）,but also ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.
