Vibration Analysis and Axis Adjustment of Upper Bracket in Dahua Hydropower Station

大化水电厂5号机组2009年6月投产后机组上机架水平振动严重超标,通过对盘车数据的分析,找出机组上机架振动超标的原因,结合机组检修对转子轴系曲折度不合格及转子圆度超差进行处理,成功解决上机架振动摆度超标问题,达到了预期目标。

Since been put into operation in June 2009, excessive horizontal vibration appeared on the upper bracket of No.5 unit in Dahua hydropower station. The reasons for the excessive vibration were found out through analyzing the axis adjustment data, and the vibration problem was solved through repairing the unqualified rotor shafting tortuosity and the poor rotor roundness during unit maintenance, and the desired result was obtained at last.
