百龙滩水电厂灯泡贯流式水轮机经长时间运行,转轮室产生空蚀,文章介绍转轮室返厂后转轮室圆度、水平度、中心度调整,抗空蚀不锈钢板下料、焊接,车削程序编制,转轮室镶焊不锈钢板后在车床上车削等转轮室空蚀处理方法、工艺以及处理效果。分析了大型灯泡贯流式水轮机转轮室严重空蚀的成因。
There is serious cavitation erosion of the runner chamber of bulb tubular turbine in Bailongtan hydropower station after long time operation. The paper analyzes the causes of the cavitation erosion and introduces the repairing measures, technologies and the repaired effects after the chamber was returned to the factory, including the adjustments of roundness, levelness and centrality of the chamber, the laying- off and welding of anti- cavitation stainless steel plate and the preparation of turning program etc.
