摘要
通过对一起220 k V线路失灵保护动作的继电保护动作过程及故障录波过程进行深入分析,对开关本体及控制回路现场进行仔细检查,发现开关拒动的原因是由于该开关控制回路的气压闭锁继电器闭锁节点异常导致的;同时通过收集整理相关运行资料再进行深入研究分析,发现闭锁继电器闭锁节点异常是由于继电器选型不对,维护人员通过改造,更换了更符合现场实际的、可靠性高的其他型号继电器,问题得以彻底解决。同时,进一步探讨如何提高二次设备的可靠性问题。
Through analyzing the relay protection action process and the fault recording process due to a 220 k V line switch failure and examining the switch body and control circuit on site, it is found that the refused action of switch is caused by the locking node abnormality of pneumatic latching relay, due to incorrect type selection of the relay. The refused action problem is solved by replacing with new type relay of higher reliability. Besides, the topic about how to improve the reliability of secondary equipments is discussed as well.
