摘要
贵州省2020年与全国同步全面建成小康社会的关键,在于惠及47.7万户、204.3万生态移民之扶贫生态移民工程的实施。文章针对贵州实施扶贫生态移民工程中重建移民迁出区生态环境所存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策,以便实现生态移民脱贫致富和生态移民迁出区生态恢复良好的双赢。从而促进生态贵州建设,保障2020年贵州与全国同步全面建成小康社会。
The implementation of the project of poverty alleviation and ecological immigration concerning 474 thousand households and over 2 million citizens is of great importance to the Synchronous construction of a well-off society of Guizhou by 2020. Based on the existing issues in the reconstruction of eco-environment in emigration regions in Guizhou, the relevant countermeasures are put forward in the field in order to achieve a win-win situation of poverty alleviation and recover of eco-environment and to ensure the construction of a well-off society of Guizhou by 2020.
