摘要
法院人员分类管理制度是司法改革的基础,如何进行人员分类管理是推动改革行进的关键。法院人员分类管理改革尤其是基层法院的分类管理改革,更应当注重法院队伍的可持续发展。对法院工作人员进行分类,应当按照不同工作人员的任职条件,制定相应的工作权限清单,厘清相应工作人员的权限与岗位职责设定,同步推进,各司其职、权责匹配。
The sort management system is the foundation and key to the development of judicial reform. Such management, on the basic level particularly, should be carried out with an emphasis on the sustainable development of the court. The staff should be divided into different groups according to the relevant situations and an authority list should be established to ensure integration of power and responsibility.
