摘要
为提高企业创新能力,有效整合地区及国内外太阳能光伏行业资源,本研究搭建了西宁太阳能光伏产业公共服务平台,分析了功能模块的优化设计思路,探究了基于云计算的大数据处理支撑技术与程序设计方法,对实现西宁地区太阳能光伏产业链的发展提供了技术支撑。
In order to improve the innovation capacity of enterprises,and to integrate the regional,domestic and international solar photovoltaic industry resources effectively. The public service platform of the solar photovoltaic industry in Xining is built and the optimized design of the function module is analyzed. The technology of large data processing based on cloud computing and the method of program design are explored. The platform provides the technical supports for realizing the development of solar energy photovoltaic industry chain in Xining area.
