摘要 由于汽车发动机试验台架的硬件及功能限制,在目前的汽车发动机试验过程中,机械式液压助力转向泵一直处于空载状态。为使发动机单体试验环境更贴近整车环境,则需要使机械式液压助力转向泵在发动机试验过程中能够带载运行,为此需设计一套模拟加载设备来吸收机械式液压助力转向泵输出的功率,文章重点介绍了该模拟加载设备的设计原理、设计方案以及应用效果等。经过验证,文章提到的机械式液压助力转向泵模拟加载设备应用效果良好。 Limited by the function of Automotive Engine test-Bed Testing System, the mechanical hydraulic power steering pump is no-load operation at the present stage of engine test. For the purpose to make the environment of engine test more close to the environment of vehicle, the mechanical hydraulic power steering pump is required to output the power and absorb the partial power of engine. For this reason, we need to design a set of dynamic loading device to absorb the power of the mechanical hydraulic power steering pump at the engine test. This paper focuses on the design principle, design plans and application effect. With the practical application, the set of dynamic loading device mentioned in this paper has good application effect and promising development.
