摘要
文章简要介绍了敏捷开发在国内汽车电子软件开发领域的应用现状。基于Scrum模式以音响娱乐系统的软件开发为例,着重介绍了从传统开发模式过渡到敏捷开发模式中的需求及开发任务细分的基本方法,软件开发计划的制定方法及项目软件团队的组成与角色定位。最后介绍了在具体项目中的应用成果,以及一些建议。
