摘要
针对神东矿区石圪台煤矿22404综采短壁工作面,运用数值模拟试验及现场观测相结合的方法,对初采深孔预裂爆破法控制顶板效果进行了研究。研究表明:短壁综采工作面通过深孔预裂爆破技术,可以有效的破坏顶板完整性,使工作面两端头三角区顶板垮落步距缩短,避免了有害气体积聚,保证工作面通风流畅,深孔预裂爆破技术可以实现短壁工作面的安全回采,同时也为类似条件的矿井提供理论依据与工程参考。
Based on the geological conditions of №22404 short-wall fully mechanized mining face in Shigetai Coal Mine,by using the methods of numerical simulation and field observation,the roof control effect of deep-hole pre-splitting blasting in initial mining was analyzed. The research shows that deep-hole pre-splitting blasting can damage the roof integrity effectively and realize the safety mining of short-wall fully mechanized mining face. The results can provide theoretical basis and engineering reference for the coal mines with similar conditions.
